2、立柱及板塊制作

依據(jù)圖紙及現(xiàn)場測量尺寸，計(jì)算出需要制作立柱與板塊的數(shù)量。鋼材進(jìn)行防銹處理，刷紅丹防銹漆兩遍再將彩鋼板用鉚釘連接到方管龍骨上制成板塊，制作好的立柱及板塊龍骨都要進(jìn)行防銹處理，涂刷兩遍防銹漆。

待基礎(chǔ)砼達(dá)到一定強(qiáng)度后，進(jìn)行立柱、板塊安裝，均勻分隔，焊機(jī)焊接 到預(yù)埋板上，全部焊接完畢后，對焊接情況進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收，合格后進(jìn)行板塊安裝。彩鋼板厚度為0.7mm，彩鋼板間骨架橫向方鋼規(guī)格50mm×50mm×2.5mm，縱向方鋼60mm×60mm×3.5mm，在每2.5米加焊斜撐 ，并且焊接完的位置重新做涂刷防銹處理。
